9.5. Any person who contravenes the first or second paragraph of section 6, or section 6.3, 6.8 or 6.9, is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of
(1)  $2,500 to $250,000, in the case of a natural person;
(2)  $7,500 to $1,500,000, in all other cases.
